This 3 day intensive workshop provides a comprehensive, hands-on exploration of flat-mould prosthetics, guiding participants through the full workflow from sculpting to moulding and application. Designed for professional FX artists and advanced learners, the course focuses on creating realistic wounds, scars, and injuries with attention to detail and skin-tone matching.

Participants will sculpt designs in plastiline, create professional silicone flat moulds, and duplicated prosthetic pieces while learning techniques to achieve natural skin tones in silicone. The workshop also covers a reliable and efficient application process, including troubleshooting and repairs, to ensure pieces look seamless both to the eye and on camera.

Live Demonstrations & Supervised Practice
Stuart will perform live applications on models with both dark and light skin tones using a camera to highlight the differences between what the eye sees and what reads on camera. Participants will then apply their own pieces under Stuart’s guidance, gaining hands-on experience and practical tips for professional results.
