Michelle Garande is a key pillar in our workshop program and an internationally recognized educator in multi-textured hair. Baldiez Beard / hand laid beard
In January 2025, we hosted our first Baldiez Beard / Hand-Laid Beard Workshop in Germany with Roberto Pastore from Italy. This unique workshop was a true masterclass in the art of hand-laid beards, including the innovative Baldiez Beard technique.It was a pleasure to welcome participants from across the globe, adding an inspiring and dynamic energy to the workshop. Sharing stories and connecting with colleagues from around the world is a big part of what makes these workshops so special.
